The following is a summary of important incidents at one of the amusement parks and water parks operated by Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. In some cases, this incident occurs when the park is under different management or ownership.
This list is not intended to be a complete list of any such event, but only those that have a significant impact on parks or park operations, or otherwise are essential. The term incident refers to a major accident, injury, or death occurring in the park. Although these incidents should be reported to the authorities because where they occur, they usually fall into one of the following categories:
- Due to guest negligence. This could be a refusal to follow specific safety instructions, or deliberately violate park rules.
- Results of a known or unknown health problem by the user.
- Negligence in the part of the park, either by railroad operator or maintenance safety instructions, or intentionally intends to violate park rules.
- Act of God or common accidents ( eg. , lightning strikes, slips and falls), it is not a direct result of action against anyone.
