Bill Faison is a former North Carolina General Assembly representing the District's 50th district of the state from 2005 to 2012. He is a member of the North Carolina Democratic Party.

Faison decided to run in the empty 50th Home District, winning without resistance in 2004. He won re-election unresolved in 2006 and 2008.
